But if you find the rush to the couch after work just to sit back down seems to be the only workout you'll be getting in for the day, help is here.
You can have your dose of March Madness without skipping out on your own workout (and stop feeling guilty about watching extreme athletes exert themselves to the maximum while you lounge around).
This workout will get you away from the stereotypical wings and beer and give you an excuse to workout and watch the game.

From Fan to Fit
Once one of these events take place in the game, complete the following:
Successful Free Throw: 5 squats
Missed Free Throw: 3 Lunges EACH LEG
Injury: 30-sec Plank
Traveling; 10 Jumping Jacks
Turnover: 5 Russian Twists
3-Pointer: 3 Squat Jumps
Offensive Foul: 5 Crunches
Personal Foul: 5 Push-ups
Dunk: 2 Side Lunges each side
Game-enders => Buzzer Beater: 30-sec Mountain Climbers
Your team loses: 30-sec Burpees
Your team WINS: Grab some water :)
