HRFit: Who am I?

I am a mother of two amazing daughters.

Both international athletes who have followed their dreams.

I am a wife of a committed father to those daughters. (Of over THIRTY years!)

I am an avid traveler and love to immerse myself in other cultures and countries.

I am a ​​devoted friend who, (ignore the chocolate cake) would drop everything to

help.

I am a trainer.
